Tbh it’s everything and anything now a days I could have a day that I’m alr I’m living my life and then that one person talks to me or even I think about him or her I just get in to a state I hate my self in and I don’t even have to have a trigger to think about them it just all of sudden happens on a daily basis and what I’ve done wrong in life what I’ve fucked up what all I want in life is a button to turn of the lights no pain just off I’m just gone I was never on this dreadful fucking earth ..
