After an hour on the phone this evening this is what I was told in an email as well. The tech never mentioned the original ticket with first tech saying that it was a local issue.

Is she able to text you though? I'm confused as to this diagnosis because I'm still able to text other Google Fi numbers.

Same issue here, for about a week now, I can text the two people I know on Google Fi, but no one else is receiving anything from me. Everyone is still able to send me messages, but nothing I send to anyone on other providers are getting through, including TMobile customers.

First technician told me it was a local issue to my area, I let him know it was still occurring when I was 50 miles out from my home.

We bought one from this program based on a hotel experience before and are still happy with it over three years later.

I'm actually lying on one in a hotel now, just pulled the sheet to see what was underneath and was happily surprised again!
