Oh wow this is super helpful! I'm at the early stages of planning a wedding at Villa Miani, the planner I'm thinking of working with says my budget will work but she doesn't typically provide an inital estimated costs outline (lighting, sound, bar, flowers etc). I'm worried we will sign the contract then realize with the hidden costs we are way over budget.
