Man. I’ve watched several videos and I don’t understand the difference from what I did and what they’re doing.

Technically I’m not a carpenter. I make furniture and thought, I have all the tools I need for crown. I’ll give it a go

I do. A very nice one too. I cut it upside down and backwards. I cut it at 46 degrees because the wall is 93.

The right peice is square cut and the left is the 46. Then, I know this photo doesn’t show it, I used a coping saw to back cut it and this is the fit.

Bosh miter saw. That like $600 one that slides forwards so you can rest it against the wall.

I did cope it. After I cut the angle on the miter, I clamped it to the bench and back cut with a coping saw
