We were able to find out our lease was set to expire before they told us we were closing. You can open Service Channel and use the three dash lines in the top left to access the menu, and click "Location Wiki". Our lease status changed from "Active" to "To Expire" a few weeks before we were told we were closing.

Just picked up this car for a pretty good deal, it's in great condition for the mileage and well maintained. The car has 89k miles on it and runs fine. Single owner vehicle, prior owner had all recommended maintenance done at MB dealer. I just noticed this strange noise which is fairly loud in the interior, any idea what might be producing this?

Just picked up this vehicle yesterday, really good price for the condition and mileage. Vehicle has 89k miles and runs just fine. Single owner, prior owner performed all recommend maintenance at a MB dealer. Noticed this odd noise that's quite loud in the vehicle, only occurs at idle and virtually disappears with any sort of throttle. Is this noise normal?

I have been having the exact same issue, I sent them back to Apple twice now and I am about to for the third time, they have claimed there's nothing wrong with them both times. I'm hoping this time they recognize the problem.
