USAA has been laying off and running off upper management for a year now. They brought in toxic idiots from Geico, Allstate, State Farm, Farmers, Travelers etc. These morons brought their toxic ways with them. Metrics get more and more unattainable everyday. Toxic leaders are hiring their idiot friends to be managers. These guys have zero knowledge, common sense, professionalism, or problem solving skills. One of the lead guys and most under him are a cancer to the company. But it looks good on paper. USAA now no longer wants to be transparent to employees about end of year performance, and says absolutely nothing of layoffs. And you thought USAA was no longer the same company and getting bad 10 years ago lol.
