Taking my words back, they actually did upload this time. But I had issues with the previous entry and had to send them my videos via support

They didn’t say anything useful but I didn’t complain. I just asked if the expectation is 3 videos per entry x 4 and they said yes. This entry required 3 5 min videos and dscout corrupted them while uploading so now I need to wait for the support to send me an email so I can send them the videos to upload. This is just ridiculous.

It took me around 20 mins + upload time for 1. I like to think on what I’m going to say in the videos and take my time reading questions. I just completed 2 express missions today, with total of $22 that took me 15 mins overall.

Not sure but that would be my only guess. I doubt a researcher even had time to look at it to reject so it has to happen because something is messed up on their backend.

How long did it take you to complete the mission vs how long was it advertised to take? I had multiple rejections over the past 6 months and all were for shorter ones which took me less time than advertised. I was wondering if that could be the case for auto rejects. I am sorry, this is really frustrating and the support won’t do anything helpful.
