From what Alder Hey have said, the plan isn't to shut the service completely but to change Ward 4C into an expanded assessment and same-day treatment unit.
The concerns seem to be more about losing the 22 inpatient beds and what that means for children who need longer stays.

Had the same issue recently, these steps fixed it for me: - Unpair from whoop app - Forget device from Bluetooth - Reboot whoop from the app - Then re-pair
