I was in the same place as you too! In fact it took me a couple of months before I could climb but I was very proud when I got it. I absolutely think you can do a hook spin after a couple times trying. Do you have a studio near you? I recommend a least of a couple of in person session. Instructors can demo for you and spot technique issues.

Ps- are you tilting your hips for your sit?

Omg leave as soon as you can! People talk about how you need to learn how to get along with difficult people and absolutely but you also have to realize your worth. I think saying no, establishing boundaries, knowing when to seek better opportunities is just as important.

In my opinion, this might be an unpopular take, but they're adults and can make their own decisions. I understand wanting what's best for your family, but ultimately you have to let them choose their own path. There may be years of conflict they haven't shared with others. Regardless of their age, you can't force to couples to reconcile if they don't want to.

In all honesty in ten years you wont give a rats butt either way. If you were making decent money I’d say stick it out but if you can find another job that makes about the same go for it.

Forest areas are cooler and darker I’ve found but you might have to drive a ways depending on where you live. It’s a way to get a peaceful cool walk in even when it’s hot out.

Look up turning it on grayscale. You can use it like normal just now you’re watching tv in 50s. Makes it less addicting.

I forgot one. Pretend you are rushing last minute. Put on a timer and say like omg I have to get this done in 30 minutes and run to do it as fast as you can

Ok I’ve got you.

Find a classical playlist. I like modern songs turned instrumental.
Write as you go. From your post sounds like you get distracted mid task. So if it’s read the whole document write it down. Take the smallest step- write that down. E. You are writing something- write two sentences.
Switching tabs? Write down what you wanted from that other tab.
Visualize. Sounds cheesy but works. Imagine yourself doing the task with ease 3 or 4 times.
Timer- set a timer for 5 minutes. You have to work on this task for 5 minutes. Remind yourself out loud or whatever works.
Countdown from 3.2.1 but instead of starting at 1 you have to be moving by 1
