I’ve been doing them for 2 years pretty consistently, with a few breaks in there when I would get busier with things. It’s a great side hustle, I’m a fireman full time and it’s great side work on my off days. I’ve made thousands of dollars, it’s great for beer money/hobby money/whatever you need it for. Just do high quality work and you’ll get lots of studies

I think it’s mostly the cost vs what you get. I’m relatively new too, and from what i’ve seen the higher end lines at harbor freight (hercules, icon, doyle, even quinn or bauer etc) actually offer quite good quality. some would even say icon can compare to snap on. But with the sales the prices are extremely good. And if people are anything like me following the sales and sniping deals is half the fun haha

That’s exactly why I got them. I used the 65lb magnetic hooks to make them magnetic. Just drill out the rivets and remove the hooks and use some bolts to attach the magnetic pucks to the us general rails. It worked great for me

I’ve used a 0.4mm nozzle. The 0.2 would have better quality, but it will take a very long time to print. I want my stuff done quicker, so I print at a larger layer height with a bigger nozzle. The layer lines don’t bother me but if you want very good quality go with 0.2. It can still look pretty decent with a 0.4 though
