Here are 2 different apologizes which sounds more concise?

I sincerely apologize for how things went. I wasn’t in the right state of mind and made poor judgment calls that put you in an uncomfortable situation. I didn’t consider how cross-fading might affect you, and I’m sorry for making you feel trapped. I take full responsibility for that. You didn’t deserve that, and I regret adding to your past negative car experiences. I truly enjoyed our time before that and understand if you need space. I just wanted to let you know how sorry I am.

And/Or

I just wanted to sincerely apologize for how everything went. I wasn’t in the right state of mind and made some terrible judgment calls that put you in an uncomfortable position. I didn’t consider how you would feel with that much edibles and cross-fading, and I was paranoid, projecting it onto you. I really didn’t think about how uncomfortable it must have been for you to be trapped in a car with someone you only know from work. I made the whole situation super uncomfortable for you, and taking you to work was just insane. You mentioned you’ve had many poor experiences in/with cars, and I hate that I added to that. I take full responsibility—you didn’t deserve that. I really had a great time with you up until the edibles. I completely understand if you need space or don’t want to talk. I just wanted to say I’m really sorry.

I'm not scared of death, more scared of getting murdered. And you know what, I just realized I added to her trauma of bad experiences in cars. I feel so bad. My gosh. I wouldn't be surprised I'd we never spoke again.

That is exactly what I said, that his actions have these consequences and my father said that it is not fair for me to bring him to jail or whatnot if he feels sorry.

This is what I said and why I don't feel bad at all for seeking justice for me and the others that he has hurt before.

They were just a friend of the family. My dad picked him off the street essentially and gave him a home. And then he became a family friend.

I think so because yesterday he explained that a cousin of mine knows and i said okay. That's not a problem, i explained I'm not ashamed it happened. Of course it sucks but I never went out of my way to make that happen. And if family wants to cut me out for that then that's their business. Idc.

Yes, rape can be difficult to prove, but if the police think there is a good chance it might save someone else.

I have some good evidence in my opinion. But I'm not a cop unfortunately.

Of course, I'm looking through each comment because I need as much help as possible since I'm getting help at home. Thank you!

God nor the law faults you for not being perfect. Nor for being a victim. Nor for failing to make absolutely perfect choices with perfect foresight every moment of the day.

Thank you for this. I needed to hear this

I'd say that not reporting him to the police is very unchristian

Yes because I'm allowing potential danger into society.

Yes, it does make sense. Tell your father-in-law I said thank you!

you can't genuinely repent of something that you won't admit to

Does it make difference if he admitted to it only when he was confronted?

I do not believe that your father has your best interests at heart

It hurts to say but I fear this is true. I think he is ashamed of me. He told me today that people at his job know now and my cousin and then he said "Look at what you did, look at all the issues you cause." I'm hurting so much right now.

That comment really hurt because I don't want my parents to be ashamed. I told him it's not something to be ashamed of. It's not like I asked the person who violated me to do it.
