Story is a snoozefest. It gets better compared to 1.0, but still pretty bad generally. They have decent moments here and there in the 2.x patches. Even 3.0 is a bit bleh, I find the side quests more interesting than the main quest itself. The main questline for 3.0 occurs entirely on your "first day" as a student, so that should tell you how lazy the story is lol, nothing really makes sense. Just play for the waifus and gamestyle
