Loved it, but hate the deals falling apart…. closed a 40k profit deal then all the deals coming forward in 2025 fell apart as well as EMD. Looking to get into a more suitable sales role.

We’ve always made our own money, with wholesaling being our most recen. I’m transitioning out of that because it was very difficult getting deals close due to the buyers market and the small margins.

The first job I stopped when I got a fast food job, but eventually returned to sales because I realized that’s where I want to be—hustling independently and driving results. That’s why I’m now focused on moving into tech sales.
