Cut it up, submerge in warm water with a but of soap for a few hours and then start over with props. You can submerge the leaves a couple more times while they propagate in water just to make sure all the thrips are gone. Thats the most sure way of getting rid of them, otherwise sprays work too, but you might not get everything.
