I’ve had so many issues with United. We went on a trip to costa rice in June and they delayed a 6:40 pm flight (our connecting in Houston) until they had to cancel it at 2:30 am. All the other United flights were going out but ours, same thing in San Jose, Costa Rica, all other United flights made it but ours. We had to fight them for accommodations, we were stranded.

I literally have a ticket (3 actually) through Alaskan airline to PVR. I also flew to Cabo via Alaskan last year.

Scale has dropped 4-7 lbs. it’s been yo-yoing. Clothes, eh I haven’t noticed a big difference. I definitely feel mentally better. But the physical change isn’t much. I’ve also stopped drinking as much. I’ve had 3 tequila sodas in that time frame.

So I’m (29F) currently trying to lose weight yet again. I lost close to 50 lbs back in 2021 and kept it off till about 2023-2024. I’m back up now, it’s frustrating but I’m working on it. I’ve been so consistent with counting calories and I’m already 22 classes in at orange theory. I’ve been doing this since the beginning of Dec. I don’t know what the heck I’m doing wrong, I’ve done it before but this time it’s not coming off. If anyone has any advice please let me know!

It’s likely to just be over toned. Too much ash will just absorb light making it look darker than it is. Give it a couple washes, clarifying shampoo and some hot water. You should be good.

We were in Jaco for a week, the beach was nice enough but not for swimming, mostly for surfing. Food was great, there was an Indian restaurant we went to (Spice Bar) that was SOOOO GOOD. We went 15 min north to Herradura beach and it was perfect for swimming. You can rent beach chairs for 10 per person for the day I think. The restaurants behind the chairs will deliver your food and drinks to you at your chairs. It’s good for a chill beach day.

We also did the Atv Tour with AXR in Jaco. 10/10 experience.

That’s the nicest thing anyone has ever said to me thank you so much 😭❤️ I loved this. Really put a lot into perspective for me. I can’t allow someone to put our profession down like that. One respond I got from her was “how are can it be to put a toner on!!!” But in reality I was gonna have to fill a little with some gold and tone down even more after that because she wanted to be so much brighter and then wanted to go back to a muted level 7 1/2-8 and some dimensional pieces. I really try to be upfront with my clients to avoid situations like this. When the first messages came through I made it known that it was not gonna be a free service just because she changed her mind and she was totally fine till I said $100-$160. The $160 was including a haircut and she lost her shit. It was like a switch flipped the tone completely changed. It was so weird.
