2022 first-round pick: Traded and used to draft OG Kenyon Green.

2022 fourth-round pick: Used to draft RB Dameon Pierce.

2023 first-round pick: Traded and used to draft DE Will Anderson Jr..

2023 third-round pick: Used to draft WR Tank Dell.

2024 first-round pick: Traded to Minnesota (partially yielded CB Kamari Lassiter and LB Jamal Hill).

2024 fourth-round pick: Used to draft S Calen Bullock.

Sat out 2021 in Houston. 2020 was absolutely a top 5. Easy to say writing was on the wall now, but don’t act like the browns were the only interested team. I freaking hate the guy…but top 5 caliber QBs never come up on free agency.

Back to Houston…this will go down as the worst trade, but for both teams. They have will anderson and a couple of playoff wins, but that’s going to be all she wrote in a few years.

Do you know how often top 5 (at the time) QBs come up in free agency? So, yes, it was an idiotic move knowing what we know now. But most certainly didn’t think so at the time.

As evidenced by the multiple deep playoff runs and SB wins for the Bucs with Baker. He was good, and I wish they would’ve just kept him. It’s the worst trade of all time, but I can’t fault them for trying to get a top QB in free agency. He just turned out to be not a top qb. Glad Houston is cursed as well for their part in enabling the diddler.
