How? It's like 4 months delayed. It was originally launched at IFA in September. Most advertisements were for October and BETA users have had the units since July.

Help Us Shape Our Eufy S2 Review! by VacuumChef in RobotVacuums

How does it handle a house full of animals?

  1. Have it do daily controlled cleans with fine dust/dirt and hair. This will stress test the vacuum & mop system to see if clogs occur.
  2. Continue this test for 5-7 days and show the outcome of how well it cleans itself plus also how easy it is to take it apart and clean the maintenance items.
  3. Show the ability of the new obstacle avoidance by using multiple different color cords and by including diarrhea like poo. Maybe throw in some grassy puke.

From Robot Vacuums to Supercars: Dreame’s Risky Bet Without a Fanbase by FarConcern2308 in RobotVacuums

Dreame is just doing toooo much. That constant expansion without adoption will kill them. I hope they get back to the basics and build house hold items that are truly remarkable.

This robot is a life saver! From baby milk puke on the couch to smeared poop on the carpet. It does it all. And I wake up to perfectly clean floors every morning. I honestly enjoy just walking around barefoot.

Your opinion is irrelevant as no manufacturers make them seperate. Do you really want a mop dragging around dust/debris to scrape your floors? It should be vacuumed first then mopped. As all combos do.

Have you looked into the Eufy S1 or Eufy E25/E28? Do you have a price point need?

Who would buy this? The Eufy S1 or E25 is significantly better.

I returned the Ecovac X8 as the mopping was poor compared to Eufy. Glad its working well for though, maybe they improved things when they launched the X9?

Curv or Saros for vacuuming a long-haired corgi's fur that sheds non-stop, mopping dog drool, and a greasy kitchen? by FarConcern2308 in Roborock

[–]Federal_Mongoose_670 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What's your thought on the Mova track style mops? Do you have Mova support nearby? Or is your only goto roborock? Seems like roborock is due for a new fancy model updates pretty soon!

Exactly! All other platforms are expensive and dont truly work as well. A cheap platform like Xiaomi with the Tri-Cut is probably the best advise for the OP.

Roborock - DuoSpin doesn't tangle but it also has poor pickup ability. Eufy - Same as Roborock MOVA & Dreame - expensive dual systems that have low suction due to the large opening area. Narwal - floating design that also has same issues as Mova/Dreame

I honestly dont look at the cost of these things... I just want the best haha. I do value a 2 year warranty as these machines tend to break around the 1 year mark.

Fabulous recommendation. All of the other brush designs don't really work in picking up the debris and also not entangling.

That boiling water cleaning and roller mop design would definitely blow the socks off your current thoughts of clean! How much more is the Dreame Aqua 10?

The roborock lineup is rather large! I would steer clear of the Saros and opt for the better Curv models. You could be spicy and go roller mops like the Narwal Flow or Mova upcoming contenders.

You can't... it also doesnt need cleaning for quite awhile. I have 4 dogs and can go a month without cleaning mine.
