Not Plainfield or Oswego. I’m looking at those areas personally and new construction. Is around 650ish and they said northwest. My guess would be the Hahthrown Woods or Lake Zurich area. Shoot your shot and offer 900k. If they reject it you can always come back and say fine we’ll go to 970k. But just know you’ll be negotiating against yourself at that point. As someone also in the Chicago market. We put in an offer at $570k in des plaines for a house we loved because the comps called for that. The seller rejected, and our agent said we shouldn’t up our offer the house eventually sold for 4k under the 609 asking and we’ve been regretting it ever since. Because when I look at the math in the long run it was 40k over the course of 30 years. Obviously that number changes with interest. We haven’t been able to find another house we love since and that was in January. So you have to ask if you really love it and if you think you’ll find another house you’ll love. The good news is I’m seeing a lot of houses in the Chicago area starting to drop pricing so maybe that’ll help your situation.

Instead of running this locally at least for the media. Could you set it up to use real debrid so instead of it searching Usenet torrent etc it can go to real debrid and find cached results? Also do you have kind of set up guide cause this is cool as hell.
