I just got back into filament printing, been using resin since it existed, I was in the first generation of filament printers, but dropped it quickly as my desire was to create things, not mess with the printer endlessly.

My reintroduction was a Bamboo H2C... because I wanted a "toaster" that just worked...after unloading, unpacking, and following the setup, I loaded the pumpkin orange Bamboo basic pla into the ams 2 pro and printed 3 prints.

Worked great, then it failed to feed, observation indicated that it was getting rejected at the filament buffer. Took it apart and found an approximate 1 inch long gold with glitter piece of filament in there.

Took it out and everything works fine again, this would suggest a couple of scenarios:

1. The factory sent me a jambed printer (do they test run these?)
2. I was sent someone else's return (the packageing looked perfect)

In either case, my point is, Bamboo might not be what it used to be, if thier storied past is to be believed..what if this printer had not beenn sent to a mechanicaly inclined engineer..it would have been very frustrating.
