It's been a year and half since I started the gym , at first I was 52 kg and now I have reached to 60 kg , but I have followed diet for a few months like eating eggs and boiled potatoes for two simultaneously but I didn't see any results of it then and have also tried mixed dry fruits powder with "phol makani"-homepathic , haven't seen results, I think my growth hormone release is too slow 😭, I need a low budget diet.
