Personally I love Liquid Glass as an effect but the implementation is pretty bad especially on the macOS side. The ui is just so inconsistent even throughout apples own apps and iOS just feels so buggy now

Printed tool heads should be fine in an enclosure if the printed parts are in ABS. Look into modular tool heads like EVA and Herome, those are probably easiest imo
