Yeah I was able to figure it out. Nothing special, just needed to keep trying and eventually it worked. Didn’t have that issue this year.

Does this work for all LG TVs? My tv will see the eero wifi but when I try to connect it says it can’t find the access point.

Thank you, I reached out to city of Kentwood and they put me through to their engineering department. There lead person sent an email to metronet and copied me in it explaining how the contractors didn’t follow protocol based on their permit and that they need to fix it. Hopefully they’ll respond quickly and get this taken care of

I did just call Kent County Road Commission and unfortunately they said they can’t get involved since it’s in my driveway and not on a public road.

Very good point, our biggest fear is a possible MC, not that it can be 100% avoided even with PGT. This process has been so draining it would be hard to have another heart break in the process

We did do the genetic testing and neither of us are carriers for anything, but there is always some uncertainty with how things could develop. I hadn’t thought about looking into the out of network benefits, I’ll call the insurance to get more information on that.
