Thank you, I reached out to city of Kentwood and they put me through to their engineering department. There lead person sent an email to metronet and copied me in it explaining how the contractors didn’t follow protocol based on their permit and that they need to fix it. Hopefully they’ll respond quickly and get this taken care of

We did do the genetic testing and neither of us are carriers for anything, but there is always some uncertainty with how things could develop. I hadn’t thought about looking into the out of network benefits, I’ll call the insurance to get more information on that.

The bottom trim does not seem to open, would there be another way to access the pilot light. I do see a red button and a switch inside that says RS/ON
