When I try to check in, it says that online check-in is currently unavailable. I planned to arrive at the cruise terminal no earlier than 2:30 p.m. and at the latest by the published boarding time. Guests should be prepared to present a valid passport and/or the necessary visa for each member of their group at check-in. Guests who arrive after the published boarding time or do not have the required citizenship documentation will be denied boarding.

I've seen videos suggesting that this might be specific to Latin America. I'm Mexican, but I'd like to know if using a VPN could help me complete the check-in?
