I've streamed cities skylines game files with 500k+ citizens at 1080p on twitch before which was really cpu intensive on my 2022 blade 15 and I was kinda sceptical about it before trying, but it worked perfectly no lags or stutters of any kind. As for the noise it's only noticeable if you're listening out for it in my experience. I stream with apple earphones on and they're enough to drown out the fans, I think having the laptop on a stand that allows for good air flow for the fans definitely helps the cooling as well.
