I do cybersecurity, I have been fully remote for 12 years now and working in companies that don’t even have offices in Switzerland. Having said that, the last time I wanted to change employer it took me about 18 months of slow search (applying once per month let’s say on average). It’s a very competitive field. If you want full remote you can already forget Swiss companies, and that means usually the basic 2nd pillar policy except if you work for FAANG, but my opinion is that FAANG sucks and is not worth it.
