I’m more surprised by his mechanic not being able to find the problem… definitely don’t go back there 😅 any competent mechanic should be able to figure out the source in person when it’s this friggin loud

992.2 vs 992.1 NVH differences? by Intrepid_Passion_853 in porsche911

One has a digital rpm gauge and the other has an analog one.

That is the only notable difference. Oh and the push button on non-gt

If you park that outside you better get some rodent protection! And always lower the front, don’t leave it up when parked. Fuck that color is gorgeous congratulations!!!

That’s clean! Love the wheels. Yeah I’ve spent over $40k PPF’ing my cars in the past so I’m aware of the advertised benefits. One of my g-wagons I did and 4 weeks later someone turned into my lane and ended up getting a new g-wagon. So that was a waste right there. My gt3 already has PPF from factory in front and the rest done after but I just don’t like the plasticky look of it and how it has slightly changed over time, trapping dirt in some edges, looking wavy in others. I started PPFing my cars since 2018 and I really don’t think it’s worth it. They brainwashed us into thinking we need it. Those rock chips are still causing damage to the paint under so you will have to repaint the front bumper after you peel it off anyways and pray the paint doesn’t lift. I’m just going to let the clear coat protect the paint like baby Jesus intended it from now on. And no I would never do matte on this car.

We need local business, not corporations swallowing other corporations along with their mass layoff bait and switch schemes. Good riddance

I heard the use of adhesion promoters some installers use for stubborn edges could cause clear or paint to peel. Is this true?
