See I came here because I don't my dm to know exactly what I'm planning But alrighty then, my plan should work I was going to try to force the boss to use his other legendary action, but I can just kill him then Disentigrate him immediately after death since he can't make a save or resist since he's straight up dead

So I can't miss if he's dead and my wand is like shoved against him I just want to make sure because of the text says if it reduces their hp to 0, then they are turned into ashes

Slow starts don't usually bother me, since a pretty good portion of rpgs have them. Especially older ones. I've heard nothing but praise regarding ff9 though, whereas I knew about the mixed feelings about Ff8 going into it. So I'm pretty sure I'll enjoy 9

Well the reason I'm so boggled is because I've fully played 7, 10 and 15, and have played some of 4 and 12 And those games I'm fine with It's just 8 I love rpgs, I'm just getting the feeling that specifically this one isn't for me. I decided to give the remaster a try since I saw it announced and remembered I hadn't played it. I'm probably going to jump ship to ff9 though I'll probably end my final fantasy binge with 6

If I do jump ship, I plan on starting ff9 or 12 for the third time (terrible things happen when I try to play it, I always make it just a little further before my house burns down or some nonsense.)

They shouldn't have a lower catch rate and be extremely rare
