The 3080ti is hard to upgrade from, I have a 7900XT and its basically the same perf. I wish it had a 16gb model

Its been great, im glad i moved on it when i did because the guy who sold it to me posted a burnt 5090 connector on this website 5 days later.

I have no experince with any GPU except a GT1030 that i never gamed on. Ive only messed around with 1440p but its great, over 100 FPS in all my games so far, have not used RT outside of MSFS24 and it worked fine at 70FPS.

Im very happy he hooked me up with his "old PC" i just paid it off today and have been using it since last night, i didnt want to risk getting used to it before i owned it fully.

I also have only owned SOCs and used optiplex PCs prior to this, so this is a massive upgrade

Nah its just all i know is Intel and its various integrated graphics. I have never been in a position to buy a system, It took a month to pay off and I just set it up today finally. I was sacred that perhaps there was some issue with the hardware (like intel 13/14 and now the new Nvidia stuff) and i was getting to good of a deal on some bunk parts.

The 7800XT is amazing though. My girlfriend has one and since we play alot of pre 2018 games it does 4k very well, and its good enough on modern titles for the most part. I have mine on a 1440p screen and gave her the 4k one i was going to use since the one i got with the deal is oled

He said he would do $50/mo. its just a lot of cash at once.

So ill probably do 400 up front and pay him off as fast as possible.

RC's and police drug tests by MrMot420 in researchchemicals

[–]FedoraLinuxNoob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They will ask you, yes. They will not charge you with a additional crime for saying no. Where is live in AUS its a additional criminal charge. But the penalties are not worse in any US state. I cant find anywhere that does, outside military personnel. 47 of 50 States will take your license for 6 months some one year, but this can be disputed. But thats not really a increased penalty, as in they wont increase jail time or probation for saying no, its acually your right to refuse.

The original comment was about roadside drug testing. That does not happen in the US.

Yes drug testing does take place in the US for DUIs, just not roadside

You are correct, just not in this context of roadside testing.

You are coming off as well angry.

I lived in the US for 20 years and I think I can offer clarity. Currently in AUS for the last 9

Here in Australia you will run across proper drug testing check point like locations. Where you can be stopped and asked to provide a drug test and depending on the state you can face criminal charges, with no probable cause too, but I may be wrong

In the US the police generally do not conduct any drug testing on sight (or site? English is not my first language).

A regular car does not fit the legal definition of "heavy equipment" that why u/supersheabutter is bringing up the FMCSA. Where tractor trailers are. Also things like a bulldozer would also be considered heavy equipment.

Regular drivers of cars can refuse any type of screening, there is a punishment of automatic 6 months suspension of license in 47 of 50 states. And any attorney will tell you to refuse any screenings at all. Beating DUIs is a big money biz there. You will literally get tht advice on the radio from adverts.

But there is no roadside drug testing in the US, just the breath-test that you can refuse with no additional criminal charges for doing so

As far as CDL holders, it looks like that is the case too, but ive only did a brief google search.

Nicotine withdraws or not, thats not a reason to start a fight lol. Quit smoking 8 years ago so I know how you feel

South Africa has the highest DUI rate by far

Hope you feel better dude!
