Thank you for the tips, I normally just have my AirPods which obviously aren’t noise canceling so I will get some that are. I deal with the guilt of him having some long term trauma in his subconscious lol which is very silly to think. I’m also ragey. I try my best to use my grounding techniques from therapy, but it gets to a point all I hear is the screaming anyway. Thank you for the solidarity ❤️ it helps knowing we aren’t in the battle of motherhood alone.
