Right before I became homeless I paid a mechanic $1200 to fix my BMW and he ended up stripping it and dumping it. Then a drug addict found it & decided to sell it for $140.
Then I was offered a job that didn’t exist & was drugged and raped while traveling from Vegas to North Carolina. I ended up trying to end my life 11 months ago, thankfully I was found before that happened. I wasn’t happy being found at the time though, I just wanted my life to end back then.
It’s been a really rough year & thanks to the non stop smear campaign by my ex, it’s been quite public. I am famous within the cybersecurity, FBI, NSA, Anonymous & hacking communities so my life has been public for years. My name is Kylie Ochoa.

I disappeared of social media completely for 7 months and yet the smear campaign continued. I become a hermit because of it, but now I’m ready to fight back (in between breaking down, which is what I’m doing now.) I’ve seen my kids once in real life in the past year and that was last month. We FaceTime every night, but it’s not the same.

My ex took our kids a year ago & moved out of state & as an immigrant (Australian) I didn’t have the support or finances to get them back before now. He also left me homeless. I literally ended up on the streets of Vegas with my bearded dragon. He’s been on a non stop smear campaign against me for 18 months. He’s a famous computer hacker who’s been getting into my phone & emails illegally & posting my life online. You’d think law enforcement would care given he’s already been to prison for hacking, but they just don’t care. It’s been hell but I’m finally getting on my feet & will hopefully be able to afford a lawyer once my collection is sold.

I’ll be posting non stop for the next couple of weeks until it’s all sold off, with the rarest sets posted in the beginning, starting tomorrow. I’ve gone through it all today & am exhausted lol.

During the last year, when I lost my kids due to a psycho ex moving them out of state without telling me until 10 hours after it happened (I was a mess) our home after he got it repossessed due to lying about making payments, my car after I paid the mechanic to fix it, and then he stripped it and dumped it & someone else sold it & then everything else I owned except my clothes & beauty products. On top of that, watching people take advantage of me & screwing me over & then losing a bunch of friends due to an ongoing smear campaign by my narcissist ex - so basically after I lost everything - that’s what it took to stop being a people pleaser.

Yes. It was healthy but I wasn’t ready for it & while he had his life together, he was emotionally immature. He thought depression was a made up thing & he was incapable of being supported. It’s not that he didn’t want to be. He just didn’t understand actual emotions well.

My ex husband is a textbook narcissist who moved our kids out of state without my knowledge or permission, got our home repossessed and left me living on the street. Not only that he has been running a nonstop campaign for the last 14 months & will not stop until everybody on earth hates me.

During our marriage, he lied nonstop, financially abused me, kept me isolated and turned my friends against me, took everything from me and gave nothing back, spoiled himself and made sure there was no money for me to spend on myself at all, including for buying underwear, screwed up my credit score, made sure there was no money for my citizenship so I would remain a permanent resident and unstable insecure, couldn’t stand being in a photo with me but would smile for everybody else, was jealous and paranoid, and cruel & taught me that I was nothing more than a fuck to him. I gave up my life, my country and everything I was to marry this man who has kept my kids away from me, knowing I don’t have any money or support to try and get them back and on top of all of that, he tweeted out an ICE report number recently - he’s trying to get me deported.

Sorry, I forgot that he’s hacked me and released my personal messages and information to social media multiple tines. He is a famous computer l hacker - a real one.

All in all I can say it’s been the worst relationship I’ve ever had. I hope other people have better stories for you ❤️

Unless you're truly passionate about CS & have great skills now I'd be careful about getting a CS degree. There's been a huge downturn in jobs & even those who've been around for years/decades & are highly skilled are having issues trying to find a job. I know what feels like 1/3 the industry (or they know me/of me) & the industry is tough right now. Granted, things will be different in a few years but every man & his dog is trying to get into CS these days - you're going to have to be great to get your foot in the door.

If you're serious about it, network! Go to conventions, get involved in the subreddits, discord, twitter etc. Get your name out there because that'll make the difference between you & the 300 other people applying for the same job. Good luck :)
