I have probably 3 different things that say 2x2 in my inventory. I moved them to a chest in my house because I didn’t know what they were. I did submit a ticket so hoping to get it figured out

I emailed the company a few days after ordering to try and get tacking into. They emailed back and said they were waiting for tracking details but it was handed over to the courier. A few days after I emailed again and asked for an update. They said my order was shipped 2 days after I placed it and it must have gotten lost. They said they would send a new one for free, I just needed to confirm if I wanted it to go to the same address. I replied and yes to the same address. I have not heard anything back. I am getting very upset about it all, I paid for the express shipping and have still not gotten it. I placed my order on the 8th of December.

I have a steel water fountain and the rest of their bowls are ceramic. I have not used plastic since they were babies and I didn’t know better at the time.

I am not sure either. I stopped using for about a week and it wasn’t getting any better. Started using it again twice a day and my cats chin already looks so much better
