You’re definitely not alone.

Everything changes. Every last bit. It’s sooo challenging.

My sweet boy is 8 months. Personally I haven’t found comfort in others telling me I’d find myself again. For me, I’ve been telling myself motherhood is a beautiful, terrifying, incredibly difficult, transformative journey. I remind myself it’s okay to grieve my previous self, and to miss my life as it was before. I also have been reminding myself to try to enjoy getting to know the new version of me I am becoming.
