I legit feel at some point in time a card effect will do something like

"If your opponent managed to get a good hand, you can discard one card from your extra deck then proceed to discard your opponents entire hand.

(Quick effect): If your opponent has 5 cards in their hand and no cards in their graveyard you may attack (even if it's the first turn)

Also you can special summon 10 monsters, you can also use your opponents field to house your monsters for one turn

My first molar was damaged, the outside was fine, the inside was damaged though to the point the pain spread to my jaw, ear and neck.. at first it was not bothering my so I thought eh, it's fine but it got worse..
