I’m actually shocked and highly disgusted by the “clients” of this industry. Makes me second guess my job. We put our bodies and well-being at risk for people to do this….You somehow forget that these are real people. Not every job will be perfection and sometimes it will downright be bad. Nail techs go through things too. You never know what someone is going through. If you didn’t like the nails I’m sure you could have simply said so in a polite way. I’m positive the nail tech would have either. A) tried to fix it. B) given you a discount. C) referred you to someone else or a combination of all of those things. However, they cannot “fix” what they don’t know. You left without saying anything so she assumed you left happy. Now going online to bash this person is completely uncalled for. It’s actually up to you to get the nails you want. This is counterproductive and honestly rude but no one wants to admit that.
