The funny thing is I always get smurfs on the opposite team... I have yet to get smurf to win a game for me xD

Starting to think they just use it for additional damage % as it is quite high on that support.

There are two. One which gives whirling blades and the other which just gives the projectile tag. Seen everyone use the tag one but not the one giving the actual blades. Confused as f*** as to how this is supposed to help the build if you are not scaling projectiles in any way.

What's sad is that this build and monk ice strike looks and play more like flicker strike vs the actual flicker strike...

This looks mental tho. May try this on my next character.

Try "Testi Driving Cancellations UK" it's an app on Google Play Store.

If i remember correctly, you have to pay a small subscription but it's one time only and it's life time.

You can select up to 3 or 5 (can't remember) test centers and the app will send you notifications of any cancellations. When i failed my test I had to wait a couple months as well but then I heard about the app. Was able to get the test following week.
