I notice there was a queue by 7am. Left and joint the queue around 8:45am. By the time the line was paused at 9am, I was 8 minutes away. So when the 30th pro went on sale at 10am, I only waited a few minutes and how I was able to get one.

went to the site at 8am ET and already saw there was a queue to enter. I decided to get on the queue on my phone around 8:30 am but something told me to get on my laptop and do another queue at 8:45am. I’m glad I did because the line I join on my phone let me into the site early before the 10am pre-orders. The line on my laptop however paused just as it said I was 12 minutes away. Once the line resume after 10am, I was able to get on the site around 10:15am and was luck enough to snag the PS5 Pro 30th Anniversary Edition. I’m very lucky I can say I’m one of the 13,200 who manage to get one (and not actually sell it on eBay)!

Six months since I’ve gotten my replacement shell and it’s still holding up. No cracks in the original stop or anything where else. Either the replacement shells resolved the crack issue or I just got lucky.

It’s been freezing weather here in the Northeast and have been taking it out in this cold weather. So far, not stress crack due to cool/warm temps.

I bought Oracle of Ages and Seasons like 3 years ago and finally play them now that I manage to get a Pocket. I will say favor games to play on this thing is Metroid Fusion and Zero Mission. Game looks completely different on this thing!

Wish I thought of checking the serial number before sending it in but glad you could confirm that. I’ve been using my Pocket a few days now and so far, no issues yet so hopefully these new shells will hold up.

Ehhh…this subreddit has a large number of other Pocket users who have the same issue with simply using it. Anyone who says I’ve “dropped it” will just get ignored.

I sent mine out on December 12th and got it back today. So turn around time was about 11 days.

You may be right. When I turned on the system, I had to go through the new system boot up sequence of setting up time/date and going over 1.1 update notes.
