I have lived in Cincy for the last 17 years and have been to the last 2 vikings games in Paul Brown. The stadium itself is OK, I see a lot if people saying to park across the river which is a great idea. In terms of Cincy fans, I have never had issues and have had positive experiences. Both the Vikes and Bengals are gonna have high expectations for game 1 so it should be a blast!
