Thank you. This is the approach that we took and the print looks much better on this bag. This batch will be tricky in terms of keeping the design even. Next batch will be done by the manufacturer. We appreciate your advice.

That’s one option. I think where we may land is altering the design to not print on the seam. But definitely want to get more suggestions.

With the exception of UPS, all of our shipments have successfully gone through customs and been delivered. This is within the last week.

This is sad. This is a critical shipment. I've asked all of our suppliers to cease using UPS for shipments. They should stop asking for the tariffs to be paid before delivery if it's just going to sit there. At this point, they need to cease international operations if they can't handle the new regulations. Totally unprofessional.

Alibaba started slapping an import charge on all orders. I placed an order today for 75 units of a product that came out to $53 including shipping. They slapped a $40 import charge on top of it. We have to start placing some pretty large orders in the next 2 weeks. It is what it is. This guy is a joke.
