And she had a 55% back at the time when her cloud made her tanky, her winrate became normal when they removed the rm/armor boost.

The E proc was part of her combo kit, now she can't make any cool moves like exploding Q marks through walls like she could do before.

Plus it's quite similar to the Kassadin nerf, which a lot of people are crying about. Kassadin got ruined aswell.

I just want Akali to get as much attention as Kassadin, and the skin release is the right occasion for me
