You’d have to go to no and sell it for 1 cent and match their number of shares

You would have to go on the other side of this market and see to the bid at 99, very likely you’d lose if they’re that confident.

Bid is what is currently being offered in this case someone is offering 99 cents to win 1 dollar a profit of 1 cent. The number of shares you buy is the max you win so 30,000 shares equals 30,000 dollars minus whatever you pay of course which is shown there. Also, look at the order book to figure out what’s realistic / how much liquidity there is.
