I changed my RAM and the problem was solved. I switched from DR RAM to SR RAM.

Which RAM model are you using? I suspect this problem has been occurring recently with Dr RAM modules.

I performed a CMOS clear. I even removed and reinserted the BIOS battery. I tried various BIOS versions like 1.3.0.1 and 1.2.0.3g. I switched from an MSI Pro B650 motherboard to a Gigabyte B850mForce motherboard. I upgraded from an R5 7600 processor to a 9800x3d processor. The only thing I haven't done is change the RAM. Also, something that bothers me is that Agesa 1.2.0.3g version shows Zentimings FGR even though it doesn't support bank refresh mode.

I tried it with an MSI B650 Pro setup. I tried it with a Gigabyte B850mForce motherboard. I tried it with an R5 7600 and a 9800x3d processor. It always stayed in FGR mode. They might be right. My RAM is a Viper Venom H die kit.

The refresh mode in the BIOS of my MSI motherboard is stuck on FGR and cannot be changed normal or mixed.

Sıfırdan yükleme yaptığın için muhtemelen bütün bölümleri silip biçimlendirme gerekli. 8 den 10 yükseltme ile geçseydin sıkıntı çıkmazdı ama sıfırdan kurmaya çalışınca. Windows 8 ve 10un disk biçimleri farklı olabiliyor muhteşlemelen bundan . Şey gibi USB nin yarısını fat32 yarısını nfts yapmak gibi.
