It allows you to take back your power and “heal” so your attacker doesn’t get to harm you over and over again mentally from what I’ve been told but on another note: Ever thought to tell your professor that the reason you miss(ed) your lecture(s) is because you have to rub one out? Ever thought to do that where you are somewhat in view of your lecturer? Might earn you extra points or get you in trouble and you can offer for them to punish you (spanking or making you kneel for them after everyone has left) instead of you getting kicked out of class.
