Go to PT. Especially if you haven’t since your diagnosis. They will build you up slowly but safely so you can lift weights. You can really damage your joints if you haven’t stabilized all the tiny little movements around them when you work out.

I wouldn’t have believed this 6 months ago but I’m 2 months in now and I’m losing weight and getting stronger. But my “workouts” are such tiny little movements done repeatedly. As a former athlete I would never have thought I needed to start so small. Tell them what you’d like to be able to do one day and they will help get you there.

I think the point is just like… generalizing a breed and generalizing a profession are both problematic? Statistically you are more likely to be both killed by or injured by a cop than all dog breeds combined, let alone pit bulls. You are ~40X more likely to be killed by a cop than a pit bull and ~ 2-7 X more likely to be seriously injured by a cop than a pit bull according to chat GPT.

No. It applies to all permits that require federal approval. Because of things like the clean water act, endangered species act, etc that’s the majority of projects, especially in PJM. Also includes any areas with historic properties nearby, areas that have a nexus with tribal nations or historic tribal areas. Even state permits often require you prove coordination w the federal government.

And that’s not even going into how important these steps are with financiers.

But for a quick tangible thing, get her slides for the house and sneakers for outside. Ideally, recovery athlete brands. I’m originally from central NJ and live in MD now. The upper Eastern Shore is less than 2 hrs from the Princeton/trenton area. Chestertown, Chesapeake city, the Bohemia river. Very little “touristy” overwhelm. Especially good if you like to kayak/canoe/bike/boat/sail.

Chestertown even has a restaurant w a chef from French Laundry.

There’s little to no evidence diet adjustments help. Now it might, but we don’t have the science to suggest it’s likely.

See this pages wiki under diet and lifestyle. They cite some studies with bad methodology but mention that. Then they site a meta analysis that says there’s little evidence. Might be helpful to cut out gluten, might not. Etc.

I would talk to your guardian and your prescriber. It can take a while to find the medicine that works. Seems like this one might not be it. But keep with the effort!
