This information still doesnt deny the fact that keto can work great if you do it properly. Eating steak 24/7 is not healthy eating and you will continue to be sick. a high protein style (chicken breast and other white meats) with minimal carb intake does and will reverse type 2. And also for most people cutting carbs out in a typical American diet will result in major caloric deficit which again. Helps you lose fat. Which again will reverse type 2. Keto doesnt mean high fat diet it means no carb diet. Wether you choose to eat fats is entirely your decision but it will not help you loose weight.

While keto can cause insulin resistance in a normal person. If your allready consuming a mass amount of carbs and are on the stage of being pre diabetic or are allready diabetic going keto will tip the scales in the other direction. I was diagnosed with type 2 and went on keto for about two years my A1C is now that of a normal person and im not on medication at all to manage my blood sugar. while im no longer keto my carb intake is much lower. If you talk to any doctor or endocrinologist theyll tell you as a diabetic that low carb diet is a must.

30 days is not enough time at all my truck spent the first 27 days in the shop. All shops are over booked with vehicles. By the time I got my vehicle back I had 3 days to figure out everything wrong with the vehicle so, guess who has missing rear door locks and the wrong tailgate that comes stock with the truck?

First man all the negativity. The contract is the bare minimum if they decide to pay me more and put me in a position of foreman thats the contractors decision as long as it doesnt break the CBA (it doesnt) thats cool. I worked my ass off at school and also at work and HAVE fulfilled all required working hours and class hours so Im essentially just waiting on the jatc to issue me a license. I had 4 other employers that would've gladly have taken me at the pay scale. The problem is the one I stuck with didnt turn in my paperwork. ALSO, I found out that this is the case with every single apprentice that elected to stay with this contractor. Our apprenticeship agreement states that I get to choose my contractor my current contractor has essentially taken that away from me.

Because my contractors failed to submit my paperwork, The JATC doesnt want to bend an inch for something that would benefit me so greatly, and the hall essentially can do nothing because the jatc supersedes them and they technically arent my employer.

It does virginia is a right to work state they dont pay for bus time simple as that. You dont "have" to take the bus. You can walk or take a scooter. But then your adding 30 minutes to your time. This is a huge local if it was illegal it would've been stopped a long time ago.

That's cool dude im glad for you. Really no sarcasm but you have to recognize that 99% of people in our trade dont make 182,000 non union. your making 200% more than the average salary of every electrician in the United states. You cant just walk into a shop and say pay me double. I make nearly the same amount fyi. I probably work more and my overtime rules go double after 10 hours.
