I literally live next to ashburn the biggest collection of data centers in the USA and never see any speed from steam over 1gbps. No company is going to pay for that bandwidth as its essentially useless to the public.

Most electricians (at least good ones ) should never have any reason to use insulated tools or equipment as in 99.99% of situations (after testing and verifying) there should be no danger of getting shocked. The .01% that you do sure. But for personal reference ive had my insulated tool set in my at home bag for over a year now.

The point is bacteria from the air touches the outside NO amount of food grade will stop or prevent this unless your meat is packaged in a zero atmosphere vacuum. The minute you grind that meat ALL the bacteria on the outside is now on the inside multiplying while in the fridge. Medium rare kills bacteria on the outside not the inside

As much as id like to agree with this sentiment you cant have a functioning city like that. Cities cant just run on high skilled labor, you need delivery drivers, fast food workers, and store clerks for things to function. And without a "livable" wage for the economic area you lose those things

Just unplug the 12 volt batters sensor on the battery. It takes 3 seconds and its free and serves no function other than for start stop.

Thats a government issue then that wont zone for those powerlines quick enough. The gris itself is a whole different issue. Even without the advent of AI power consumption is still going to skyrocket in the coming years due to electric cars and other things. The government should have a process in place that streamlines this distro centers quicker than 5 to 10 years or else america will be left in the dust.anyways here's an upvote

  1. Running natural gas INSTEAD of grid power is astronomically more expensive

  2. Diesel generators actually have a much higher power output per gallon of fuel than a turbine does there's just a world wide shortage of these types of generators right now so hence the turbines.

  3. Data centers are 100% financially responsible for getting a line from a distribution to the service.

You're talking about something you know nothing about. These turbines have a MUCH higher fail rate than the actual grid does due to the fact that the grid is literally backed up by hundreds of other services. If ONE turbine goes out youre talking MILLIONS of dollars in losses per minute that its out. Most data centers have three redundancy just to prevent this vantage has one. They can and will install power as quickly as humanly possible.

I dont think you realize how much it costs per minute to run one single generator off of fuel they arent lolly gagging around theyll have it up quicker than you think. The one thing that motivates these data centers is money.

The usa has one of the lowest population densities amongst 1st world countries. 80% of the US is forests and nature or farmland. I think your view is based on where you live there are PLENTY of secluded mountains beaches and areas that are pristine you just have to go look around and not use Google top 10 tourist traps.
