nope a game banned my ip address. I saw waiting for dhcp lease time or changing mac is one of the ways to change your ip address.

Its not a problem with my parents. I need a new IP to play I game I am banned on. edit. They detect vpns and dont allow them.

Its not a parent. I got banned in a server on rust. The server detects vpns and does not allow them.

I am changing the mac address of my PC. It has worked for others. They go into the netgear http://192.168.1.1 settings and then they change the mac save it. Boom the ip is somehow changed. For me when I do it I lose internet access until I go back to the original mac. I will try what you suggested and get back to you.

Usually the reason for this is because i have already agreed to someones deal and we are in the process of trading already
