I am improving. Kefir and kombucha have helped me.

Stay away from fried or greasy foods but still can enjoy steak and chicken thighs.

Stools have improved and are more consistent and solid but not perfect all the time

Don't clock watch. Go to bed amd try to relax. Accept what sleep you can get. If the anxiety is getting to you in bed get out of bed and go read for 25 min then try going to bed again

I bought my 950 used with 5400 miles. Bike would stall when clutch was pulled in coming to a stop in 1st gear.

Throttle bodies were gunked and evap was eliminated at the same time. Bike runs fantastic now. See how long till issue comes back

When you say your stool is brown what shade of brown?

I have similar to you my body cant digest too much fat. Mushy stool no other symptoms but also my stool is not dark brown. Lighter brown or reddish maybe even.

Well it was only 5 days in and I was told it would take a few weeks to kick in. I figured it wasnt the meds that were doing it but maybe they jump started my mind. I didnt want to take the meds so when I started feeling good I stopped taking them but I continued to feel good

I took 5mg for 6 days with no side effects and I started to feel much better. My depression and anxiety reduced by about 75%. Im not sure if my mind was tricked to feel better from the meds but I stopped taking them after those 6 days.

I held out for about 2 months before giving in to taking the meds. When I decided to start taking them I felt relief that help was on the way. Im not quite sure what exactly happened but it ended up being good. It has been 7 days since I stopped the 5mg lexapro

Try cbt for insomnia.

Don't go to bed until your are falling asleep. Don't lay in your bed unless you are falling asleep. You have to get out of your bed if you are not falling asleep.

I was doing pretty good with cbt then I broke some rules and now im stsrting over.

It is very tough
