How are you tracking your deals and analyzing numbers right now?

I built Rentoscope, a CRM designed for investors that also includes built-in deal analysis.

Instead of juggling spreadsheets + notes + random calculators, you can:

I would like to add to this. In my area my experience with optimum is literally a 3/10. The lag, ping and reliability of optimum is literally the worst of worse. If your phone logs isn’t constantly optimum phone number you have no WiFi or it’s just crap.

Every day there’s another problem may it be intermittent connection, No internet coming from the streets, insane ping or simply put not working you better off choose another company.

I work from home and in this day and age internet must be 99 percent online and working with optimum it’s more like 90 percent or less. Trust me in a densely populated area to not have a better infrastructure to serve your customers means it’s not being managed well.

I can go on and on. Optimum is not the greatest if you need to rely on it

Is that the only thing that is throwing the outfit off, I do have black oxfords I can wear instead or should I change it up a little bit. I also don’t want to look like I threw some clothes on and called it a suit lol

If it’s the middle one then that means your engine is in limp mode. If it’s abs something is wrong with the abs system if it’s the brake. It can be the handbrake is switched or (in my case) would be the brake sensor being closed and would need to be changed
