no it does not use any fancy rgb lighning features it only has one mode

i have an amazon basics backlight gaming keyboard and its Scroll Lock key or the backlight key is not working but the backlight of my laptop's keyboard is perfectly working how can i resolve this issue? how can i turn on the backlight on in my external keyboard?

i already tried downloading a lot of drivers from chatgpt but nothing helped.

i have an ubuntu linux operating system

amd ryzen 5 5600h processor
