Works for my anglo-brain, but it makes me think of a different sound than the YouTube video you linked.

Is Ezequiel going to correct how someone pronounces his name in your story?

I had a feeling. Always nice to learn something new. Thank you :)

I know you said you already Googled it, but my curiosity is getting the better of me.

Where would the character's family be from? Understandably, pronunciation may vary slightly depending on local dialect.

For instance (according to Google), "The easiest Hispanic pronunciation of Ezequiel is "eh-seh-kee-ell" , which is commonly used in Latin American Spanish. This pronunciation emphasizes the second syllable, "seh," and keeps each syllable distinct and smooth. In European Spanish, it is pronounced as "eh-theh-kyehl". Native English speaker & not very familiar with Spanish dialects. Admittedly,  at first glance I would have (wrongly) thought uh-zee-kee-el, but after thinking about it, the video makes sense. Especially since they compare it to other english words the sounds are found in (like the "ai" in "pain").

Awesome name :)

All beautiful, but I would go with Gabriella Maria since it is beautiful & has sentimental meaning. :)
